You’ve Taken the First Step.

Let’s Keep Moving Forward.

WHAT IS THE PROACTIVE BEHAVIORAL SERVICES ASAM 3.1 PROGRAM ABOUT?

Our ASAM 3.1 program provides a structured, supportive, and clinically supervised residential environment for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. This level of care is designed for individuals who need ongoing recovery support but do not require daily medical monitoring. Clients receive a minimum of five hours of clinical services each week, including counseling, relapse prevention, life skills development, recovery planning, and support for independent living.

Who This Program Is For?

Individuals transitioning from a higher level of residential treatment

Individuals needing a safe and structured recovery environment

Individuals developing or rebuilding independent living skills

Individuals whose current living environment may place early recovery at risk

WHAT DOES THE ASAM 3.1 PROGRAM PROVIDE?

    24-hour supportive residential setting

Clients live in a safe, recovery-focused residential environment with structure, accountability, and support throughout the recovery process.

    Individual and Group Counseling

Clients participate in therapy and counseling services designed to support emotional healing, recovery growth, and long-term sobriety.

    Relapse Prevention and Recovery Planning

We help clients identify triggers, strengthen coping strategies, and develop realistic plans for maintaining recovery outside of treatment.

Life Skills and Independent Living Support

Clients receive guidance in rebuilding routines, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and other tools needed for independent living.

    Case Management and Community Coordination

Our team assists with outside resources, appointments, recovery planning, and coordination of ongoing support services.

    Recovery-Focused Peer Support

Clients benefit from connection, accountability, and encouragement within a supportive recovery community.

    Sober Living Residences

What is the difference between sober living residences and the ASAM 3.1 Residential Treatment Program?

Our sober living residences are separate from our ASAM 3.1 residential treatment program. These homes are designed for individuals who have completed treatment or need supportive sober housing while maintaining employment, attending school, or participating in the community.

Unlike ASAM 3.1 treatment, sober living homes do not provide clinical treatment services, structured therapy, or formal counseling. Instead, they offer a substance-free, peer-supported living environment that encourages accountability, stability, and continued recovery.

Sober living can provide an important bridge between treatment and fully independent living by helping residents maintain structure and connection while continuing to build confidence in everyday life.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED A STRUCTURED RECOVERY ENVIRONMENT?

You may know you need additional support if you’re physically sober but still feel uncertain about how to maintain recovery in everyday life. Many people reach a point where they realize the hardest part is not simply stopping substance use — it’s learning how to build stability afterward.

Maybe returning home means going back to the same stressors, relationships, or environments connected to past substance use. Maybe you’re trying to manage work, court obligations, mental health concerns, or rebuilding relationships while also staying sober. Or maybe you simply know you need more structure, support, and accountability before fully transitioning into independent living.

Whether you need clinically supported residential treatment through ASAM 3.1 or supportive sober housing after treatment, you do not have to navigate recovery alone. We’re here to help you take the next step forward safely, steadily, and with support that meets you where you are.
